Inspiration Behind the Venus Bestowal Book Series

Something out of the ordinary happened to me back in November 1993 which, until recent years, has been very difficult to articulate in its entirety to others. Most people around me were unwilling to contemplate or engage me when I tried to convey what I had experienced. For years, I was invariably met with silence, averted eyes, or blunt rejections, particularly in the case of publishers. No-one, apart from my husband, was ready to hear it.

Now, as I reflect upon that difficult time, I realise my own consciousness needed to expand and integrate the information I was given. This topic is vast and psychologically complex, and there is no quick way of easily framing it within the consciousness.

Evolutionary themes are like that, I suppose. New paradigms for living take time to take hold.

Today, I can say that what was confusing and disorienting at the beginning is now second nature.

Thankfully, these topics are much easier to discuss than they were 30 years ago. Many people appear eager to learn about new and other-worldly themes. A new era has finally dawned, I think, and rather than shun and avoid the unknown, people are now ready to explore what might be at the root of their own psyches…. And from what I have learned, this cannot come a moment too soon for humanity.
